You like to celebrate your birthday with your family?

Hire a 54 seater coach for your sole usage on all regular trains, listed under Timetable, at a cost of R11'000.00

Hire a 98 seater coach for your sole usage on all regular trains, listed under Timetable, at a cost of R19'500.00
If you book and pay your private coache 4 months before your choosen date you will receive a discount of R2'000.00
Attention! The trains normally filling fast. Because we can haul only a limited amount of coaches it could happen that the train is already fully booked and there is no possibility to hook an other coach for you on.

Terms and conditions:

1.The prices are for the train journey only and do not include any other costs, such as meals, liquid refreshments etc.
2.To ensure your booking you have to pay at least the half of the price after you received the confirmation of your booking (latest 5 days after you received our booking confirmation).
3.The fully amount has to be paid latest 2 weeks before the confirmed operating date. If the fully paiment does not arrive 2 weeks before: the already paid amount would be not returned and the booking would be cancelled. This point does exclude last miniute requests and bookings
4. Last minute bookings must ensure that the fully ammount is paid and arrived on our account on 12.00am, the day before your chosen operating date.(on Friday if your choosen operating date is a Sunday or Monday)

If you have to cancel your booking following conditions apply:

For train hire:
Until 8 weeks before your chosen operating date we will charge 15% of the original costs, as administration fee
Between 8 and 3 weeks before of your chosen operating date we will charge 50% of the original costs

For train and coach hire:
Between 3 and 2 weeks before of your chosen operating date we will charge 75% of the original costs
2 weeks or less before your chosen operating date: 100% of the original costs will be charged

If we have to cancel your booking (excluding point 4. of this Terms and conditions):
We will return you the fully amount of your already paid money
